Agh.. so, this is clearly going to be my ‘before’ picture. I took it just now, and am pretty unhappy with how it looks :( so yeah, a lot to improve on!! I’ll probably take a new picture every two weeks just to track my progress.
It’s kind of embarrassing posting this, but whatever. It’s motivation for me to change!!
breakfast - omelet with vegetables and ketchup, black coffee
lunch - turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, pickle, vegan ‘butter’ and 2 thin slices of cheese, glass of 1% milk
dinner - rice with chicken breast, zucchini, onion, tomato and peas.
extras - water [x][x][x][x][x][][][], peppermint tea, special k bar, banana.
